In 1982 he formed a custom framing company, and then started a general contracting company named Legacy Custom Homes, which proceeded to build over 100 custom homes and several large residential projects. Within the past 6 years he has become a certified Mortgage Broker dealing with all types of loans such as construction, development, commercial, and residential. Michael has created a relationship-based mortgage firm with unified and highly trained professionals offering a full spectrum of quality real estate mortgage solutions that will create value and profitability, while not losing his primary focus on CUSTOMER SATISFACTION!

Jaime Hunt shares over 7 years experience in the processing, approval and sales division of residential and commercial loans. At the launch of her career in the industry she began in the sub-prime market which involved working hand-in-hand with her clients, taking them from bruised credit and high interest debt to financial stability. Her expertise lies in problems solving, the structure of an approved loan, and building a relationship based on trust! A true team player looking to make sound choices with the client’s best interest at priority and a successful transaction!
